愛知県名古屋市出身。東京大学文学部行動文化学科社会学専修卒業後、NHKに入局し法務・契約部門で、ＢＳ４Ｋ・８Ｋ放送及び日本の放送局として初めての放送の常時同時配信のための権利確保交渉業務に従事。その後福井放送局に異動し経理も経験したのち、株式会社ペアキャピタルに入社し M&Aコンサルタントとしてソーシングから、企業価値評価、企業概要書作成、株価交渉、買収監査対応、各種契約書類作成等、アドバイザリー業務に従事。主に広告・IT業、保育業を担当。2022年に株式会社マンゴーメロンを設立し代表取締役に就任。

Born in Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture. After graduating from the Department of Behavioral Culture Studies, specializing in Sociology at the University of Tokyo, joined NHK and worked in the legal and contract department, engaging in rights negotiation for the constant simultaneous broadcasting of BS 4K & 8K broadcasts, a first for Japanese broadcasters. Later transferred to the Fukui Broadcasting Station and experienced accounting before joining Pair Capital Inc., where I worked as an M&A consultant involved in sourcing, corporate valuation, preparation of company profiles, stock price negotiation, acquisition audit support, and creation of various contractual documents. Mainly handled the advertising & IT industry, and childcare business. In 2022, founded Mango Melon Corporation and became its CEO.

愛知県名古屋市出身。2026年南山大学を卒業しメガバンク入行のため業務離脱。
